Terms & Conditions
Warranty of Goods/Service
- All our goods/service will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80-90% similar to the pictures shown.
- All warranty conditions are stated in the goods/service information provided, unless none was provided by the manufacturers.
Prices
- All our prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
- All our prices stated are NETT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are excluded. Please refer to SHOPPING GUIDE for more on details.
Delivery Service
- Delivery within Singapore can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing and local courier service. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Process
- We accept Singapore Dollars ONLY. Payment can be done via Local Bank Transfer or Paypal. (Please not that there is a prevailing charge per transaction for Paypal. Customers are responsoble for this charge.)
- We ensure accuracy in our billing for all our transactions.
Confirmation of Goods
- We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 2 working days upon successful submission of order.
- All orders will be confirmed only after full payment is done. An electronic acknowledgement will be sent to the customer within 2 working days upon receiving the full payment.
- A message will be sent to the customer for further action if goods ordered are unavailable.
Cancellation of Orders
- We shall refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of the goods.
- We will not entertain any cancellation once the order is confirmed after payment is done.
- Order will be treated as void if payment is not received within the stated amount of time given.
Exchange & Refunds
- All our goods sold are non-refundable. Please ensure you have ordered the correct colors & sizes. For more info on sizes, please refer to SHOPPING GUIDE for more details.
